Our Production Process & Quality Control
Main Production Process
1. Yarn Sourcing & Inspection
Raw yarn (cotton, wool, acrylic, blends, etc.) is sourced and inspected for color consistency, tensile strength, and defects before being approved for production.
2. Knitting
Yarn is fed into computerized flat knitting machines (or circular knitting machines) to produce fabric panels according to the design specifications, including gauge, stitch pattern, and dimensions.
3. Linking / Seaming
Knitted panels are joined together using linking machines or hand-sewing to form the complete garment, ensuring clean seams and proper alignment.
4. Trimming & Finishing
Loose threads are trimmed, and accessories such as buttons, zippers, labels, and tags are attached.
5. Washing / Dyeing (if required)
Garments undergo washing, softening, or piece-dyeing to achieve the desired hand feel, color, and shrinkage control.
6. Pressing & Shaping
Garments are steam-pressed and shaped on forms to restore correct dimensions and achieve a smooth, finished appearance.
Quality Control
- Pre-Production Approval — A hand-feel sample and a stitch density sample are submitted for customer confirmation before bulk production begins, locking in the target fabric hand, softness, drape, gauge, stitch density, and fabric weight.
- Incoming QC — Yarn and accessories verified upon delivery.
- In-Process QC — Random inspections at knitting, linking, and finishing stages to catch defects early.
- Final QC — 100% inspection of every finished garment for sizing, stitching, colorfastness, pilling, and overall appearance.
- Lab Testing — Shrinkage, colorfastness, fiber composition, and AZO-free compliance testing available per customer requirements.
- Packaging QC — Folding, poly-bagging, and carton labeling verified against buyer specifications before shipment.
